The overwhelming training plan — or so, I think?


I am overwhelmed with the training that I want to get myself involved with, seriously.

  • 3 run workouts per week consisting of 15 – 45 minutes
  • 3 bike workouts per week consisting of 30 – 60 minutes
  • 2-3 swim workouts per week consisting of 15 – 30 minutes

I’ve got the essentials for running and swimming, now, I must cut the delay on finding a road bike. My old steel bike apparently isn’t the right fit for my height.

I should probably just head back to running and conquer KOTR’s 10km then off I continue the journey. Will I make it?
