I am going to make this post short and sweet, I’ve been juggling life to achieve my goals but this time, Everything else seems to fall right where it should be.
I’m going to hop on a self-induced 12 weeks challenge to allow myself and the body fat mourn as it sweat out,
Targeting 5-10 kgs.
I’ve got the gym for me to access for more body weight and cardiovascular exercises and, yoga to calm my mind.
Must take advantage.
