Please be advised of the new club schedules effective 01 August 2011, Monday:

Curves Circuit Schedule
AM :
Mondays to Fridays 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Saturdays 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

PM :
Mondays to Thursdays 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Fridays 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Curves Circuit with Zumba Fitness Schedule:
AM Class: Mon-Tues-Wed 8:30 AM (30 min. class)
PM Class:
Tues 5:30 PM (30 min. class)
Mon & Wed 6:00 PM (30 min. class)

Weight Management Class 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM
(Members to pre-register, max 15 per program.)

Club Closed: Sundays/Holidays

Kindly take note:

From Mondays to Thursdays, Club closing is extended to 8:30 PM (last call for evening workouts).

From Mondays to Fridays, Club is closed starting 12:30 PM up to 4:00PM. (12:30 PM last call for morning workouts.)

Curves Circuit with Zumba Fitness classes now limited to 30 minutes in the morning and another set in the afternoon so please arrive on time if you are attending this special class.

On Saturdays, Club is open 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, last call, and closed in the afternoon.

Fridays at 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM is reserved for the weekly Weight Management Class to start 05 August 2011. Please pre-register with our Nutritionists, Leizel and Anne, and fill-up your commitment card. Curves Weight Management Plan is a two-month program that must be attended religiously, hence, we welcome members who are committed to learning to eat healthy to meet their fitness goals. Seats are limited to 15 members only so hurry and register now! It’s free!
