Ladies, if you’re tired of your old routine and want to add fun variation; Zumba is the perfect workout for you while you insert circuit training in between. An excellent way to develop both strength and cardiovascular endurance concurrently. Imagine a 30 minute workout can burn up to 500 calories, what more if you incorporate Zumba with it? Fun!
