NY Marathon Training: Restart. Conditioning

In preparation for the ING New York Marathon, I will have to hop back into conditioning training which will also help me endure an upcoming pikermi lined up with Team Reebok.
Although  the first week of training has already been executed, the second week went kaput due to the flu hence here’s to starting all over again.
Blessed being sponsored by Curves; Circuit training for strengthening, Zumba for an additional fun; practice TRX for some core training and nutritional guidance from friends from far California, Katrina and Karena of Tone it up virtually.
Here’s my training schedule next week. Hopefully every day will fall according to plan.
