BULL CIRCLE (TALK): Wednesday, 10 March 2010, 7 PM, R.O.X. “Getting the Body Marathon Ready” by Coach Jim Saret, Phil. Olympic Committee’s Sports Training and Fitness Consultant for all national teams. Coverage: injury prevention, neuromuscular stabilization, strength and conditioning for runners.

        yes, we can put up a club already!! dami na natin eh. tas gawa narin tayo ng singlet natin para every each time.. whadyathink? 😉

      3. Actually its for an entire marathon training but I’m aiming for the half-marathon but why settle for half if we can go full?

        or this is me who’s going to eat my words .. i hope not!

        WILD ang may phtographer talaga kayo while running sa 10km!!

    1. YES these are still open.. you may also register for TBR Dream Marathon at NIKE PARK, there are 4 more slots to be filled 🙂 dont forget to bring a 2×2 Photo and if ever, schedule an appointment with your doctor for a Medical Certificate 🙂

  2. Definitely believe that which you stated. Your favorite justification seemed to be on the internet the easiest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I definitely get irked while people consider worries that they just do not know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and also defined out the whole thing without having side-effects , people could take a signal. Will probably be back to get more. Thanks

    Mostly the deformity doesn’t continue for more than age of 6 months however infrequently it can sustain.
