Switch to AM


I have been trying to schedule myself for a good run according to my usual time which is before sunset however as much as I own my time, it seems like it’s so much better to have it during the day.

I was able to go surfing last sunday and intensely my entire body had to have salompas for days! Did few yoga moves at home last tuesday and tonight I was able to do short arm moves,  obliques & thighs moves. It seemed pretty easy but once I was the one who was doing it? Err.. Just try it.

Maybe you’d want to try it too.

And I have gone really excited after I saw Jillian Michaels on this video (see below)
