WEEK 3


Instead of 15 lbs of weights, I’m using a 5 lbs alternating to 3 lbs. I may not been able to attend much days at the gym but this work out alternating every other day somehow worked. Great quick work out!

  1. Chefsy – You should check out the book The Flexitarian Diet by Registered Dietitian Dawn Jackson Blatner. It was recently featured on diet.com. It is a great diet to use in conjunction with your exercise regimen.
