Buns and Core


I hate doing such but I’ve got to now that I’m on a break from running. I’ll might as well keep my heart rate up by jogging in place or an invisible jump rope routine for 2 minutes then have this done. Thanks to Sarah for having such awesome videos leading me and everyone else on routines that makes a good alteration to a boring usual workout.

    Plank….ish. I can do side planks WAY better than regular.

    I also enjoy crunches on a stability ball. I feel they are much more effective.
