I’m back on mileage and though its not as much. I figured I’ll focus on a 3km until I finish jogging the entire goal. I finally finished the entire 1km without stopping and though the next 1km was purely fast walk , half was an interval then the half was a fun getting jiggy with it dancing like crazy – it felt really good. I feel the sweat!
I still feel sleepy but heck, I got over it. I made it. I now have to get back to gulping 2x of the 34 ounce water I have been neglecting. Oh, Yeah, finally the plateau has been broken after almost 2 months! Down 3 lbs, baby!
