4 ice cubes
8 oz. 1% or skim milk
1 TBSP Lowfat Peanutbutter
All into the magic bullet and whir until smooth. Let sit for about 5 minutes to freeze up a little. The diet.com recipe actually calls for 2 TBSP peanut butter – it’s a little too much for me.
