M: Run 60sec, walk 3min, repeat 3 more times
W: Run 60sec, walk 3min, repeat 3 more times
F: Run 60sec, walk 3min, repeat 3 more times
Sun: 30 minute brisk walk.

Week Two
M: Run 60sec, walk 2min, repeat 5 more times
W: Run 60sec, walk 2min, repeat 5 more times
F: Run 60sec, walk 2min, repeat 5 more times
Sun: 30 minute brisk walk

Week Three:
M: Run 60sec, walk 2min, repeat 6 more times
W: Run 60sec, walk 2min, repeat 6 more times
F: Run 60sec, walk 2min, repeat 6 more times
Sun: 30 min brisk walk

Week Four:
M: Run 60sec, walk 2min, repeat 7 more times
W: Run 60sec, walk 2min, repeat 7 more times
F: Run 60sec, walk 2min, repeat 7 more times
Sun: 40 min brisk walk

Week Five:
M: Run 60sec, walk 2min, repeat 8 more times
W: Run 60sec, walk 2min, repeat 8 more times
F: Run 60sec, walk 2min, repeat 8 more times
Sun: Run 60sec, walk 2min, repeat 7 more times

    hey ok ba yung ganyang routine? kasi what i do is – 5 minutes brisk walk (warm up), tapos 15 minutes running, tapos 5 mins brisk walk (slow down).
