I went to see my OB-GYN and the results showed that I have a very thin uterus which caused the irregularity of my monthly periods to not having any, actually. Monday: Swimming ( Outing, Overnighter )
Tuesday: Break, I feel the sore on my legs. Back muscles.
Wednesday: 3.14 miles brisk walking, interval with high knees and stair climbers
Thursday: Spinning Class and Resistant Bands workout with Machine Crunches
Friday: Upper body workout on DVD
Saturday: Swimming, Surfing at the wave pool.

It’s major pressure crunch time.
After 2 weeks of not having to run nor get to walk on mileage, I was able to do get through a 3.14 mile brisk walk the other day and got to do few weight training at the gym after I had my first comeback to Spinning Class.

It’s been 11 days.
I haven’t been running nor have I been training myself for a good route run. Sleep will harness every step of my mileage and that’ll mean, a better stride. It’s an addiction that I must get back in to and having to gain another 5 lbs and feeling out of breath [...]

FACT:The body can only process about 32-ounces of liquids an hour (maybe a bit more in extreme temperatures, but not much more!) so it is important not to over hydrate.
